The guy who ripped me off is running a scam business on craigslist. Is there
some kind of mechanism for reporting this? Currently we have no hard evidence, other than our own anecdotal experience with him, but here are the facts:

Russian/Latvian group of guys (no idea how many are involved) buy junk cars at auction that are aesthetically ok, but have severe mechanical problems. They band-aid the problems and manipulate the cars' computers so the problems won't show (according to our mechanic, the car computer had been hacked. no idea how they did that), just long enough to get them sold.

Every CL ad has similar language - changed timing belt and water pump at 80k and 150k miles. Truck/car has been in the family since new, well maintained, taken care of, etc.

I'm done dealing with this guy, but would like to report their scheme before somebody else gets ripped off by these clowns. Any ideas?
