Anyone who's aspires to further their coaching career..

being LDS isn't a requirement, or being an alum isn't one either, essentially anyone who is looking to take a step up from where they're at now and be an OC for an FBS football team who plays our Independent schedule. It's not like it'd be a huge stretch to get someone. It's not the same as finding a HC. HC has to be LDS and have an active temple recommend. Coordinators and assistants don't.
