I think we've drifted from the main point. Permanent residents are not the same
as illegal aliens.
So if, as pointed out above, BYU policy is that you need legal status to be admitted that would mean citizens and permanent residents have legal status. My question is if someone knows they don't meet this standard, should theylie (either directly or by omission) to skirt this requirement?
