Last year was a down year for the AAC in basketball but in general it is a much better basketball conference and my estimate for NCAA appearances is accurate. Taking the year that Gonzaga goes to the Natty and comparing to the year where UCONN is banned from the tourney is an outlier.
When you take everything on the balance, as I said, the revenue would be close to neutral IMO. No one has seen BYUs books so obviously that is one man's educated guess.
Also, to your point about Boise: if they wouldn't go with us then fair enough, we don't go. But they would absolutely go with us, because they, like us, are a P5 caliber program that is left out in the current arrangement and they nearly joined the broken down Big East a few years ago without us to disrupt the status quo.
