...separation. My point was the majority of his routes are really short, underneath the coverage so of course he's going to be open, that's what they're allowing us to have. It's not like he's running intermediate or deep routes where the defense is actively and aggressively defending and shutting down. He has as many catches for no gain or negative gain as he does catches that went 10+ yds.
Maybe he'll start to figure it out in another year or two but for now, I don't see why he's getting hyped so much on CB and by coaches based on his production in games. He's playing way more playing time than he should be, same as last year (he was stealing reps early on from better WR's like Pearson and Juergens).
