There's an Eastern European group (mostly Russians/Latvians) trying to sell cars on craigslist here in WA. They're curbstoning (look it up if you don't know) and falsely representing the mechanical issues of junk cars they picked up at auction.

I reported them to the state attorney general, but as slow as our government works here, it's going to take some time to shut these guys down.
