POLL: Is it unethical to 'up-sell' someone who doesn't need more?
Say for example you have a potential client who is paying $10,000 a month for some service/product from one of your (not very good) competitors. He is looking to save some money.

Your (industry leader) company normally offers the same results or products for $5,000 a month.

If you're a commission-based salesman, is it unethical to quote him $7,000?
