One reason I buy Apple products is for their customer support.
I was having problems with my smart keyboard for my iPad Pro. I called Apple support tonight at about 7 PM. A few minutes later, a new keyboard is on its way to me without additional charge.
The quick customer support from Apple brings real value to me for my work-related devices.
