Being independent is hurting our brand. Our fans are becoming apathetic because
it’s too hard to define a successful season as an independent. After two losses fans are checking out. We didn’t even sell out our stadium against 10th ranked Wisconsin. One of the most common themes on cougarboard is who fans will cheer for the rest of the season now that the byu season is pointless. If we continue down this path, our brand will suffer and our fans will dwindle.
