The parameters and obstacles for bringing in top LDS scholars and top coaches
are not even comparable. The challenges ANY coach faces with BYU's unique circumstances are much different than nearly any other school. LDS scholars don't have those same challenges. Simply paying more money to a coach will not solve anything. It's just not that simple despite what you think. This coaching staff is doing some great things but it just hasn't translated to the field yet. Fans are way too impatient.
