To be in a P5 Conference, you have to be able to win games at the P5 level consistently. 

Preparation that it would take to get in a P5 conference.

1.  Hire coaches with extensive P5 experience including recruiting (ie SITAKE), the best defensive minds and offensive

     minds in the country that can dynamically change strategy if things aren't  going well in a game

2.  Win games against UTAH and other top P5 schools on a regular basis

3.  Place in the top 3 of the conference program within 5 years to keep the recruiting pipeline at a high level

4.  Recruit linemen that are built like Mo Langi with previous football experience

5.  Recruit two or more of the TOP QB's in the country

6.  Recruit two or more of the TOP RB's in the country

7.  Recruit TOP receivers, DB's, LB in the country

8.  Follow TCU's example and other schools that were UNKNOWN's and have now made a name for themselves.

What do you have after you have done all that, you have a team that looks like an NFL team instead of a College team.
