He's been working on it for 6 years. He's not capable. In the meantime, Indy..
..is killing this program.
He should immediatly get BYU into a conference and then he can continue to work the P-5 issue...if he can, which I don't think so.

Any kind of guarantee that the program will actually be funded to compete at a P5 level if/when we get there?

This seems most likely to me. We end up in a somewhat watered down B12 but have P5 status/access. Would be great...
