They said nothing all off-season about Ula being number 1 if he wasn't injured.
I specifically remember Sitake mentioning after the Utah game, where Ula did well that, they needed to ride him more and that he would likely be number one. Took 2-3 games for that to be discovered.
That was after his performance the third game in. I watched depth charts all off-season and nothing was mentioned about him being number one. Squally is the one the coaches always mentioned.
