Any exercise physiologists on the board? What would be the reasons to have high
Higher RPE than heart rate reserve indicates.

Would impaired lung function lead to more shortness of breath without rise in heart rate? Or is heart rate reserve prediction overestimated?

Or do Deconditionex individuals not used to exercise rate higher RPE? Or does muscle fatigue set in before a rise in heart rate?

What do you think?
