not the program. You want coaches who are disciplined, who will develop you, who will put you in the best place to succeed, etc. if you feel these coaches will do that, then great, but just because the coaches of yesteryear may have done those things, doesn't mean these guys will.

If I go Florida, I'm playing for this current staff that is leading Florida to its worst season in decades - whatever Urban Meyer or Steve Spurrier did is irrelevant to me right now.
