clovis, CA...not joking. it's great. fresno is pretty meh but clovis has
outstanding schools, great wards and great home values for CA. while fresno isn't really "great" in anything, we are close to yosemite, SF, sierras, tahoe, LA, etc. classic "we aren't cool but we're close to lots of cool stuff" argument.
warm but not as hot as AZ...really close to snow and mountains if you like to ski...but you'll never get snow where you live.
