Assuming Utah is out of the question, and assuming what might possibly be important to you based on what is important to me, here is where I would move:

Taxes: Move to any state without an income tax (Washington, Tennessee, Florida), or any state rich in oil (Wyoming, Alaska, Texas). Oil rich states generally have a lower tax burden overall.

Education: Move to a state the spends lots of education: Massachusetts, Virginia, Minnesota.

Weather/Climate - Move to a CITY (important distinction) that has the climate you want:
Snow: Denver, Spokane, Reno-ish
Sun: Phoenix, Dallas, Miami
Seasons: Boston, Green Bay, Richmond VA
All Around: Medford OR, St George UT, Charleston SC, San Diego CA

Family:
Can't beat Utah (specifically Utah County), St Louis MO (don't laugh), Des Moines IA, Indianapolis IN, Detroit MI suburbs (surprise), Almost any suburb of a midwestern town, etc.

History:
Philadelphia, Boston, Washington DC

Sports:
Atlanta, Los Angeles, Detroit, Boston
