I read that as a HS senior and just eviscerated it in my book report
wrote how it was worthless and ridiculous and probably the worst book I'd ever read.
My English teacher was truly shocked that anybody could have that opinion about such a "classic". I think he wanted to give me an F based on my opinion alone, but he was forced to give me an A because I'm just such an incredibly gifted writer.
