Small degree. BYU tuition is cheap so a full ride likely doesn’t trigger as much tax liability, this making it more attractive.

Not sure if the new proposal applies to athletic scholarships( if I read the op correctly may only apply to grad students, so not sure if it applies to grad transfers or if this is a different category all together that would be exempt.) but just curious if it has any affect on BYU and our ability to get some grad transfers
