Another bit on DM: It is really tough to score 20+ ppg in the NBA and shoot
fewer than 3 FTA/gm. Only 3 players have ever done it: Jamaal Wilkes, Klay Thompson (twice, is there again this year), and CJ McCollum (once, on pace to do it again this year). It makes sense that Thompson and McCollum are doing something so rare in the 3pt era, and maybe Mitchell can be an elite 3pt shooter so he can still score somewhat efficiently w/o getting to the line.

But that's the next big step for him, as he continues to master finishing in the lane as a smaller guard that can't get on top of the rim in the halfcourt set. He's great at using his long reach to get attempts off while avoiding contact. But when his outside shot isn't falling, if he wants to avoid having Rodney Hood-esque disappearing acts, he's got to figure out a way to draw more fouls.
