The program needs to find an identy fast....
It has been drifting in Independence and this past season brought so many challenges to light it better get it together in a hurry.
The biggest is to reset expectations based on the past few years. Trying to act like a P5 while providing so much evidence to the contrary is tearing at the fabric of the program. Either step up and support the program or stop talking about "competing" at the P5 level, because you are not "competing" at any level right now let alone P5.
