My hopes with the addition of Cannon is that...
...we will have more ability to rotate our good 3 pt shooters into situations where they can get open shots from good locations (like the corner) where they don't have to create the shot for themselves and get a chance at a good look.

Bryant seems to have adjusted his game somewhat to spotting up and taking open 3's when the ball is reversed around the perimeter and his 3pt% has improved to reflect the higher quality looks he is getting from the perimeter. He is taking very few forced or rushed 3pters and is hitting 40.4% for the year. We are able to get him really good looks and he is getting himself to good spots on the floor (the corner or the top of the key).

I believe Haws can make the adjustment too but it might take some time. He is very different offensively from his brother Tyler but could really benefit as a 3pt shooter by moving w/o the ball more and getting to the corner. He is more versatile than Tyler and we could run more PNR sets for him with a guy like Zac or even Payton as he gets more into the flow of the offense.

Shooters might be reluctant to go and camp in the corners because it requires an extra pass or two to get the ball to them there and if they have a team full of hero ballers they might fear they'd never see the ball get to them, but I think this year's BYU team is making the shift from individual hero ballers to a team of unselfish team players and the more they buy in and make that extra pass the more we can get guys good looks at the basket and help them out of slumps.
