I think it's funny when people are mad that Ty got fired and say Sitake should
have been fired.
I'd say there is a 100% chance that if Sitake had been fired that Ty would not have been kept as the OC.
Overall this is the most over-dramatic post I have read on the situation. I bet you feel differently when Spring Ball rolls around.
