at Weber. Cannon showed flashes of being very good and many Weber fans are sad to see him go. Most also don’t blame him and are happy to see him do well. It was hard for him to get playing time because Weber State had NBA G League bound Jeremy Sengin and freshmen Jerrick Harding that was stealing the show. The major head scratcher for me is Cody John getting minutes over him. Coach Rahe had a hard decision and would put Cannon in after sitting the first 10 minutes or so. When Cannon would miss a few shots, Rahe would take him out. Toward the end of the season he started becoming trigger shy. His style of play just may have not been a fit for coach Rahe’s system.
