Ask any player and they will tell you that they love Kalani and know he would go to bat for them. Just because he says "come on"? Is he supposed to say "great throw Joe"? Coaches coach and at times vent frustrations but outside of the football field Kalani would do anything for his players, sometimes that's more of the problem in that there isn't as much accountablitity. I have no problem with it.
No one really knows what's really going on right now but we are all trying to be armchair quarterbacks and assume the worst. Let the process play out and hopefully things improve, if not I'm sure heads will fly. Tom Holmoe's silence since the end of the season is saying a lot more than Kalani yelling "come on" to his quarterback on an overthrow. I still believe and have no idea what's really happening but I still have faith it'll all turn around, we owe that to the players on the team and Kalani as the head coach.
