My daughter has something weird going on with her foot. She was stepped during a soccer game a couple weeks ago and the top of her foot was hurting. We then spent 4 days walking around NYC and since we've been home she's got this strange bump on the top of her foot. Discoloring has since gone away, but she still has this raised "lump" that is narrow side to side and elongated along the top of her foot. It feels squishy to the touch but doesn't really hurt to push on it. She says it does hurt when she kicks a soccer ball Could it be anything other than a bruise or swollen tissue that hasn't yet gone away?
