Sitake needs to change what is happening behind the scenes.
His success won't be so much dependent up offensive or defensive schemes but on what control and attitude he brings to the program.
He needs to run a tight ship starting in his own office on down to the locker room. Coaches, players, staff, and families need to all be on the same page when it comes to how the program is run.

I think having Grimes and Lamb on board, helps neutralize the "players coach" mentality... My only concern is Tuaki
