I see the attraction since it was already established and since 2 days a week is
Pretty busy for seeing patients of just one GP. If the Ortho is new out of school it's nice to have instant income.
But long term, you're right. Being on your own is way better in all regards so long as you aren't terrible with one of the things you mentioned.
