I think that you are drawing incorrect conclusions about what people write here.
When I say "I think there is a team culture problem right now in BYU football" it has absolutely nothing to do with race or any ethnic heritage. I'm talking about the specific culture that the current coaches and players have developed as a team.

Fans come here to talk sports. In that context, when culture is discussed, it is team culture. Not race or ethnicity.
