The only school dance I ever went to was Senior Prom. She asked me.
She asked with a poster or something (this was 2004).
I answered with a jar full of jelly beans and 2 closed envelopes. One labeled "even" the other "odd." She had to count the jelly beans to know which to open.
Turns out I counted wrong. Good thing I was smart enough not to write "No" on the "wrong" card... (I think it said "open the other one")
Apparently she actually counted before opening anything. I'm not sure what she thought would happen if she opened them without counting. A bomb?
