No, he’s been good at it off and on but refs were better in the MWC...
...but he’s had some famous moments throwing his jacket a mile, whacking the floor with it, etc to demonstrate his frustration level. Believe me, he is good at getting the refs attention.
But to your point, yes, if you whine about every call they stop listening to you and you only accomplish getting on their nerves.
