Freshman mistake. I agree that more time on the clock allows you to set
up your final shot to tie the game and sent it to OT. On the flip though, your up by three and the worst case is you go to OT. If he went to the line and missed one and BYU still hits that 3 we win by 1.
Those are tough decisions for a Freshman to make.
