Nope. A few of the players on the list didn't have stars either
including Dennis Pitta. 247 gives 2 stars to any player who signs that was previously not rated. Pitta was a preferred walk on, so he didn't receive any stars.
Ziggy just showed up to BYU and had never played football before. Being that he was from Ghana, he wasn't on anyone's radar anyway.
