Troy was a pretty good team overall, going 11-2 (lost to Boise in the opener, and to S Alabama in a trap game), I think if they were to play either over again, they'd have won. That said, they manhandled LSU for three quarters before they started to gas out, but they held on to win.
We didn't do anything in our game. We got whipped badly. And for a team that wants to be relevant nationally, we looked bad. Very, very bad. And to be honest, I lost faith in the Detmer experiment that day. I think TM is a better QB than we saw in 2017. And I think the new offense will show that.
