Okay, they said some horrible things that are arguably sexual harassment. Now you sending a letter to scare them

sounds like something you want to happen to make you feel better and not your niece. I know I would not want my dad mucking everything up and have to deal with it for years to come. I would talk to the teacher and the principal to come up with a plan on how to handle.

Your response is not thought out and at best is meant as retribution and not a real solution.
