I thought he was a good hire. I figured BYU got a solid FCS head coach and all it cost them was a position coaches slot. I figured his experience would help Kalani transition into the head coaching job.
Whether Jack Utah's statement has any validity, I know not. However, it does bring up some points that I have never considered. I will be watching curiously where things go from here.
