my copay is $500 per month. Chministries.org
My premium is $500/month (actually a little less).
The catch is the every incident will cost $500 and then they cover the rest. Given a premium of $1,500 that would require at least two incidents every month just to break even. less than that and I save.
I really like this option. very happy with it.

The other thing to look at is pre-existing conditions. There are other good options as well. Liberty Share and Altrua a couple that come to mind.
