If you want a tasty healthy meal prep type meal
Make some ground turkey, add a few T of a sugar free spaghetti sauce and some red pepper flakes. Store this in a container in the fridge.

Make spaghetti squash in the IP. It takes like 7 minutes.

Make meals out of these 2 ingredients. Add rice if needed.

Way cheap and healthy.
