What’s a good price per person to have an event catered?

Planning a big event and I have no idea what it would cost per person. What would a good price be per person?

Depends on the event...I get catered meals for around $10 per person

$10-$15 per person. If you are in the Salt Lake or Provo area, try Brown

Depends a lot on the type of food you want. Reception kind of food-- $5 Casual meal like BBQ-- $10

Now you're talking decorations, settings, etc.. I'm guessing in Utah $30-$50

We paid $75 per person, but that was 1984... not sure it's gone down since then.
