Maybe... but in the last 20 years (Few era) exactly ZERO have done so.
Nobody is hiring anybody until they challenge for the league title. Randy Bennett built the program and got other offers. He chose to stay. In fact, he just signed a 10 yr contract. So it's not a guarantee that just because you are sucessful you leave.
