They are all sure it isn't working for BYU - why would they want to do that?
Heck - half of the board here cries that independence isn't working and that BYU should go back to the MWC.
So - right now the MWC provides a home for all of their sports, and is higher ranked (as a conference) in basketball than the WCC.
If you're one of those teams, who knows you don't have the pull to get much by way of an individual TV deal, why would you ever do that? I mean, I can see why it benefits BYU and the WCC. It does NOTHING for the teams you're saying to invite.
It's kind of like saying the Big West should invite BYU - it would really make their conference SO much better! Sure it would - buy why would BYU accept?
