than not wearing them? I am mildly farsighted so I have a light prescription for glasses that I would use for reading/computer use. But I don't really need them so I don't bother wearing them. When I do wear the it gives me a headache and feels sort of like what it feels to wear the glasses of someone with a different prescription. I usually get them updated once every year or two and try to wear them right after I get them new, but it always bothers me so much I stop.
