What? Did you ever ask to see their safety inspection when buying a car?

Am I missing something? Is there some other reasons safety inspections make cars worse? I have never once been asked to fix something in order to pass inspection EXCEPT a cracked windshield. Is it more comon for others to have to fix things to pass inspection?

Majority of states didn't have safety and there appeared to be no appreciable

If a dealer was selling a car, they had to assure it passed inspection. Or even an individual could say "recently
