An abdominal wall hernia is by definition a defect in the abdominal wall muscles/fascia which could allow bowel and/or
fat to poke through. If, after you fell, you weren't noticing a bump poking through indicating the defect is back, then I'm not sure there is anything more that would need to be done right now as far as workup or treatment.
