His first 6 years Robinson started alongside him.
2003-2004 it was Rasho Nesterovic who started 82 games and Kevin Willis off the bench
2004-2005 it was Rasho starting every game he was healthy (70) with Nazr Mohammed off of the bench
2005-2006 Rasho started 51 games and Nazr 30... once again they played almost all available center minutes (Oberto did get 8 mpg as well)
2006-2007 They bring in Francisco Elson to play center and in between him and Oberto they are the starters at Center and play the available minutes

So we are now through the first 10 years of Duncan's career and he has played very little center.

What has he accomplished in the first 10 years of his career as a PF? (not even sure how you would argue he was a center before this time)

2007-2008 Oberto starts the majority of games after Elson gets hurt (Elson played 41 games) Kurt Thomas is brought in to play as well although Kurt is more of a PF. So this year you could argue he played some time at center. Maybe 30% at center?

2008-2009 Oberto fades and only starts 3 games and Duncan is the primary center on the Spurs for the first time in his career at age 32

2009-2010 A little trickier as a 36 year-old McDyess played major minutes at the 5, Theo Ratliff played sparingly as did Ian Mahimi. Duncan was again probably at the 5 the most

2010-2011 Similar to the previous year you had McDyess and minutes going to rookie Tiaggo Splitter. Duncan plays 28 mpg at the age of 35.

2011-2012 Duncan plays 28 mpg with probably 75% of that at center. Splitter getting major minutes at this point and Pop goes with lineups with Diaw and Blair at center.

2012-2013 Splitter starts the majority of games and is the primary center on the team

2013-2014 Again Splitter is the primary center and starts the majority of games at that spot and we have an Aron Baynes sighting

2014-2015 Duncan is 38 at this point and is still playing PF to start the majority of games with Splitter and Baynes starting. Certainly there are lineups with Duncan at center

2015-2016 Duncan is old and only plays 25mpg but is definitely the primary center on this team
