Lots of great places. South of Vigo has amazing Celtic ruins and beautiful

Yes, we are staying south of Pamplona, then spend a day driving to San Sebastian to Bilbao and stay in Santander

Use public transportation especially in the big cities. It is much quicker and cheaper that trying to drive.
