Perhaps they are though I doubt it very much.

However, I cannot understand anyone using this particular story, from Krystkowiak's interview in October, to reach the conclusion that Utah is paying recruits. If they were then there is no way that the staff would have notified the NCAA of the request for money. Doing so means that questions would be asked of Kuzma and those around him and if Utah had financial dealings with them that could easily come to light as part of the questioning.

Could Utah be involved in pay-to-recruit cheating, I accept that is possible even though I doubt it very much. But this story just isn't the evidence that some here want it to be.
