We're simply not built to have success playing at the same level as your average P5 team, from a recruiting standpoint or a coaching standpoint. We can continue to play impossibly hard schedules and have mediocre results year after year, or we can reassess, tune our approach, and give ourselves a better shot at making it to a really big stage in January instead of a moderately big one in September or October.
