It's unfortunate you use gender as a deciding factor and not intangibles. I

don't like the anaology of "all things being equal" because I have never met two people who have had the same experiences in my life. Depending on the job there will always be someone who is a better fit. Whether or not that person succeeds depends on them but to decide on something based on gender is wrong.
