This is very insensitive of me, and I realize I'm a bad person. Let's just get that out of the way. Now... my wife and
I are watching My 600 lb Life and the 842 lb guy is moving to Houston to see a Dr about a gastric bypass surgery.
Anyway, he's at a hotel during the transit to Houston and falls off the bed, crying out for help. The cameraman is just sitting there filming.
Reminds me of nature shows when the polar bear eats the baby seal. The photographers are instructed to not intervene.
